Collaborative and pro-active
YJLi were working in a collaborative and pro-active manner [and] a unified team had developed [at Sloane Square and Westbourne Park].
We would confirm that YJLi were awarded a two stage contract ...for the station modernisation works at Sloane Square and Westbourne Park Stations under the Metronet Alliance Initiative.
This was awarded on the concept of an integrated unit where the chosen contractor provided a team that worked in conjunction with and complimented the Metronet Alliance team to meet both budget and programme on specific projects.

Delivering for LUL on NR Assets
YJLi...have been extremely co-operative and delivery focused throughout the tight programme.
[Your] efforts & determination to deliver was well noticed.
The construction programme was very tight and the various challenges and changes during implementation made it that more challenging. However, the project overall has been very successful. We have had number of very positive responses from the Client and Sponsors and this was only possible with the co-operation and teamwork between YJLi and LU.
