Buildability, programme and cost advice for Stanhope in support of their section 106 obligation to improve capacity at Gunnersbury station
Stanhope have been developing offices at Chiswick Park over a number of years.
As part of the planning requirements for the scheme, they are under an obligation to deliver capacity enhancements at Gunnersbury Station.
The site is challenging as it is tightly constrained by residential properties and intertwined with offices and car parking.
YJLi were appointed to provide a full range of preconstruction services, including surveys, buildability, programme and cost advice through various iterations of the proposed scheme.
Stanhope also made use of our rail experience to help them work alongside Network Rail (the station landlord) and London Underground (the station facility operator) to bring all parties on board and obtain the required approvals and consents.
