Wimbledon Shunters Cabin
A new facility for shunters at the Wimbledon depot throat, providing improved visibility, safety and facilities
The new facilities are positioned at the throat of the depot and also include a relocated control panel.
Our scheme included site preparation, demolition of existing structures, provision of foundations and services.
The cabin was prefabricated and delivered to a difficult to reach location without impacting the access and egress for the depot.
The cabin has enhanced office and welfare facilities and a greatly improved view of depot operations.
