Design and build of a depot seasonal track cleaning machinery, successfully delivered in a sensitive location

Working within a very limited site, YJLi prepared a design and build solution to deliver sufficient siding space to allow storage of a fleet of seasonal cleaning machines.

The initial site works made provision for the later installation of a modular shed, supplied and installed to a very tight timescale once planning permission had been obtained.

The location, on the edge of Tonbridge, required careful consideration of the impact of vehicle movements, and keeping neighbouring owners informed and happy with the ongoing works was just as important as on a city centre site.

Our work on this site was particularly well received by the client team, and helped us to secure two further projects at other depots for the same team.
