Lillie Bridge Depot
This project included a range of upgrades to the facilities at Lillie Bridge. The client looked to YJLi for value engineering advice as the scheme scope developed.
The work at Lillie Bridge was intended to include a range of small upgrades to the depot facilities.
New modular buildings were installed for Fleet staff, Security personnel and the Shunters.
New walkways, external lighting and fencing were erected to improve safety and security.
The existing shed was refurbished with new internal walkways and roof repairs, together with structural repairs.
New finishes included anti-graffiti treatments.
